1. What are some of the key innovations in your IFPs that set them apart from others in the market?
we are in manufacturing business since 1984 so always try to some value additions.
we are coming up with AI Interactive Panel that will help educators to make their own content by using AI tools and using education resources like 2d/3d animation, stimulation etc. our whiteboard integrated with web browser, you tube, Chat GPT, wikipedia helps teacher to focus on content delivery and explanation creating more enggaing sessions with students.
All this features available in both operating systen windows and Android. apart from software our focus is to offer good quality display, vibrant sound by using speaker with addional woofer, aestetically slimmer design in metalic colours. we are coming up with unified remote that will offer remote / key board / pointer /Air mouse.
Ours display glass will be anti glare, ease in recording lecture without glare.
we are contastnt upgrade our solution as per market needs.
2. What are the unique challenges of the Indian educational market, and how do your products address these challenges?
Unique chellenge in india is every customers are only focussed in price and android version without checking on specifications, features. Price is combinaton of many factors like Quality of hardware, technology, warranty service, Realiability. Android version is just update numbers in version. every new android version comes up with new bugs and challenges that takes time to stable version. so older version were more stable as new version takes time to be stable.
Altop has factory since 1984 so our focus is undertsand product, its uses and do vaule addition wheter its our own manucturing or using Oem/Odm. our technical team is ready to assit you on firmware update, change of hardware parts and chnage of OC with zero bonding. we underatdn customer needs and assit them to offer product based on their requirements. we offer value to customer that the key point of our bsuiness. apart from IFPD we have range of products for smart class.
3. How do you ensure that your IFPs meet the varying needs of different types of educational institutions, from small schools to large universities?
being a manufacturers of products our way of handling product is at different level. we understand the various needs of customer and design our products accordingly.
for small school with limited budget, we offer our IPFD with our android whiteboard with Ai features and tools. for bigger institution they have option to use dual OS, android and windows. our windows OPS bundles with our own whitebording with Ai tools and other educational resorces.
large uiversities have various needs like they need LMS, SIS, ERP which all can be integrated with whiteboard. our DMS can offer braodcasting of messges and can monitor ususage of all devices by IT manager.
we offer Virtual classroom and hybrid classroom solutions with inbuilt AI camera and 8 array mic.
we can customise solution as per needs of customers.
4. What trends do you see shaping the future of educational technology, and how are you positioning your company to lead in this space?
Technology has bigger role to play in education. as the technogy evolving with commercial viability, it gives new products and solutions.
new trends coming is personalised learning using AI & Machine learning, AR & VR for online and offline education, Gamification learning,, Black chain technology - digital credential, SIS, Identy verification,IPP, secure assessment etc.
we are leveraging all this above as market is growing and also concentraing on upgrading IFPD hardware technology like more intutive touch, higher resolution like 8 k oled screen with high refresh rate , integrating various IOT sensors-camera, Dolby Atmos sound system as market ready to accept high tech panel.
5. How do you ensure that your IFPs are user-friendly for both educators and students?
The utmost important thing is User interface which gives best User exprience. our UI designed in such a way that each function should be completed in maximum Three steps. we have new deign of remote which have key board and remote with all IFP function, Air mouse and pointer. we are also creating our whiteboard learning corses which helps teacher and even student to understand all the tools to use it effectively.
in india people are acquinetd with Android system and our whiteboard tools are build up in android system giving familiarity to teachers and students.
6. What impact have you observed in classrooms that have adopted your IFPs in terms of student engagement and learning outcomes?
Modern classroom using all technology liek AR/ VR that making student more enggaging sessions and they learn concept very fast, understand it well.
our IFP with sliding board make blended learning digital education with Traditional blend, our digital podium with swiching capability allow teachers to display output from various device like visuliser, PC or laptop. wiress sharing can connect main screen with student Tablet, this tablet can be charged using Altop charging cart.
Audio lectern with 60 watt give teacher flexibility to use goosenck mic or give flexibity using lapel mic. in built camera with facial recognition makes automatic attendence
device managment allow schhol to bradcast specil messges, instruction notice from IT desktop to classroom devices
all this Altop devices gives freedom to teacher to concentrate just on educating and more profound learning.
7. Which geographical areas do you currently cater to and what are your expansion plans?
Presently Altop Covers all over india for sales and support. we are presntly more concentraing on using new technogy to make our IFPD resolving all school needs whether its education, daily task of teacher, managing principal task and managing school functions with ease.
8. What role does educational exhibitions have in your business in general and ET TECH X in specific?
In every exhibition we have chance to showcase our product and solution to our end customer like schools and institition. as we always focus on system integrator to sypport our end customer with solutions.
Presnting in ET TECH x will strengthen our presnece in southern stste of india.
9. What new features or technologies are you excited about introducing in the coming years?
In coming years there are more focus on AI tools, Ai camera that will measure student happiness, AR nad VR tools extended. Natural language processing, quantum computing, Biometric feedback etc. we really have to await how all this technolgy will leverage in education
