Young India Skills University Announces New Courses

 

Young India Skills University (YISU) has announced that its courses will commence on November 4, 2024. The university, which opened admissions on Dasara, is offering four courses across three newly established schools.

 

Schools and Courses

 

YISU has launched the following schools:

• School of Logistics and E-Commerce
• School of Healthcare
• School of Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences

 

The courses available for admission include:

 

• Warehouse Executive and Key Consignor Executive in the School of Logistics and E-Commerce
• Finishing Skills in Nursing Excellence in the School of Healthcare
• Pharma Associate Program in the School of Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences

 

Application Deadline

 

Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to apply via YISU’s official website (yisu.in) before the application deadline of October 29, 2024. The courses will initially be conducted at the Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI) and the National Academy of Construction campuses in Hyderabad.

 

YISU Logo and Symbolism

 

The YISU logo features 24 spokes surrounding a map of India, all in royal blue, with seven stars at the bottom. According to the university’s website, this design embodies a strong, value-driven identity, reflecting YISU’s mission to develop skilled professionals who balance tradition, ethics, and modern capabilities.

 

The 24 spokes represent the 24 principles of Dharma, symbolizing the university’s commitment to fostering ethical and moral integrity in its graduates. The white theme signifies purity and perfection, underscoring the institution’s goal of excellence in academics and practical training. The seven stars symbolize the Saptarishi Mandal, which refers to the seven enlightened beings, further emphasizing YISU’s focus on enlightenment, wisdom, and spiritual growth.
