Steps to book your Space

Step 1 (Choose your type of stand)

Shell Scheme
Shell Scheme Stall: includes prefabricated stall with all the necessary equipment like Octanorm panel covered walls, Basic Furniture - Counter & Chairs, Fascia Name with board, Electricity Power Point, Waste bin and stall Carpet. You only need to bring your products, posters/ flex and some literature to get started.

Also, you can pre-order extra items which might be required during the days of exhibition from our ‘Extra Furniture List’ as per availability.

Our pre-fabricated booth offers you a cost-effective solution and we’ll there to manage the whole process from start to finish - making your participation smoother.

Bare Space
Bare Space: is to let you build your own style booth, design as per your theme having own furniture. We shall allot the space only for 5 days (2 Days prior to expo for construction and 3 days of expo).
Kindly note electricity charges are not included in stall price.

Step 2 (Choose your size)

Standard booth start from 09 Sq.Mtr(3x3) onwards and our floor plan indicates the variety of stall sizes available with their locations.

Step 3 (Choose your location)

Booth availability can change on daily basis; please contact us to receive the latest floor plan and available booth locations.
