Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Event Registrations:

1. 100% Refund: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a full refund.

2. 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

3. No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Proxies Not Allowed: Attendance at the event must be in person; proxies are not permitted. Only registered participants are allowed entry.

5. Force Majeure: In case the event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Edu Expo Global Private Limited reserves the right to reschedule the event. Refunds may not apply in such situations but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Changes to Event Dates/Locations: Edu Expo Global Private Limited reserves the right to make changes to the event date, venue, or schedule. Participants will be informed of any changes, and no refunds will be made in such cases unless otherwise stated.

7. Event Access Rights: Edu Expo Global Private Limited reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant without providing a reason. In such cases, any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with the above policy.

8. Management’s Final Decision: The final decision on all refund-related matters rests with the management of Edu Expo Global Private Limited, at its sole discretion.
